Biomass pellet fuel is a new fuel being promoted. Biomass fuel refers to a renewable resource made from agricultural crops and solid waste, such as wood, corn stalks, wheat stalks, cotton stalks, straw, rice husks, peanut shells, corn cobs, branches, leaves, and sawdust. These are crushed, pressurized, and densified into a pelletized form. Dongding's biomass fuel burners are widely suitable for use in various thermal energy applications, including steam boilers, die-casting machines, industrial furnaces, incinerators, smelting furnaces, kitchen equipment, drying equipment, food drying equipment, ironing equipment, paint baking equipment, road construction machinery, industrial annealing furnaces, and asphalt heating equipment. Furthermore, these burners can also be used to treat certain hazardous solid wastes, such as pharmaceutical residues (containing toxic and hazardous substances such as antibiotics), papermaking waste (containing carcinogens), municipal garbage, waste oil, and waste organic solvents. High-temperature heating eliminates toxic and hazardous components while also generating energy. Due to the complete combustion, no black smoke or odor is produced.
1. Wide Range of Fuel Options: It can burn wood pellets and straw pellets, which are renewable, widely available, and low-cost resources.
2. Fully automated control and easy operation, including automatic feeding, automatic ignition, and a drawer-type ash removal system.
3. Safe and Stable: Equipped with a flashback protection device, the liner is made of high-temperature-resistant materials for a long service life.
4. Low-carbon and environmentally friendly, highly efficient and energy-efficient, with no visible smoke emissions, meeting the GB813271 smoke emission standard. Operating costs are over 30%-60% lower than fuel (gas, electricity) burners.
5. Applications: It can replace fuel (oil, gas) burners, particularly in spraying equipment, electroplating equipment, coating equipment, food and paper drying, and die-casting (aluminum and zinc melting) boilers.
6. Product Specifications: 100,000 kcal to 7.2 million kcal.
The biomass burner is simple and efficient. Its basic operating principle is as follows: biomass pellet fuel enters a high-temperature pyrolysis and semi-gasification combustion chamber through an automatic feeding system, while gasifying agents (air and water vapor) are supplied from the bottom of the furnace. In the oxygen-deficient pyrolysis and gasification chamber, a high-temperature cracking reaction rapidly occurs, producing high-temperature combustion gas. This process generates "sensible heat" and intermediate combustible components such as CO, H2, CH4, and CnHm, with outlet temperatures reaching 300-400°C. The biomass pellet fuel then enters the oxygen-rich, high-temperature combustion chamber through the gas nozzle for complete combustion, releasing "latent heat."
