　　1) There is a problem with the installation of the hammer. The solution is to change the face and turn around all the hammers in the crusher.

　　2) The weight of the two corresponding sets of hammers is unbalanced. When the weight difference exceeds 5 grams, the crusher will vibrate strongly during operation. The solution is to adjust the position of the hammer to ensure that the weight difference between the two corresponding sets of hammers does not exceed 5 grams.
