Organic fertilizer drum granulator is a molding machine that can make
materials into specific shapes. Drum granulator is one of the key equipment in
the compound fertilizer industry. It is suitable for cold and hot granulation
and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound
fertilizers. The main working mode is wet granulation. A certain amount of water
or steam is used to make the basic fertilizer fully chemically react after being
humidified in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, with the help
of the rotating motion of the cylinder, the material particles are squeezed and
agglomerated into balls. The drum of the drum granulator adopts a special rubber
sheet lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining, which realizes automatic
scar removal and tumor removal, and eliminates the traditional scraper device.
The machine has the characteristics of high ball strength, good appearance
quality, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low energy consumption, long
service life, and easy operation and maintenance.

Working Principle
The working principle of the rotary drum granulator is: the main motor drives the belt and pulley, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and the split gears installed on the driving shaft mesh with the
large gear ring fixed on the machine body, and work in opposite directions. The material is added from the feed end and passes through the inside of the drum. Through the special structure inside the drum, it is made into granules and finally flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, mass production can be achieved.
