It can be used for final crushing of various materials such as mixed materials,

raw materials and return materials, especially for materials with high moisture

Working Principle
The organic fertilizer vertical crushing mechanism consists of a lower frame, a casing, upper and lower shaft seats, a main shaft, a hammer, a hammer bracket, a pulley, a motor frame and other parts. The power drives the main
shaft to rotate through a V-belt. The main shaft has two upper and lower bearing seats, which are installed at the upper and lower ends of the casing. The casing assembly is installed on the lower frame, and the main shaft is equipped with a hammer and a hammer bracket. The feeding hopper is installed on the upper part of the casing. In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of the hammer, a valve is opened on the casing to facilitate disassembly and maintenance.
