Product Description


  The compound fertilizer granulator is designed and manufactured with a new wet continuous push rod granulation process. It uses the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting friction to continuously mix the fine powder materials in the machine, granulate, spheroidize, densify, polish and other processes, thereby achieving the purpose of granulating compound fertilizers.


Product Features


  1. Simple principle, fast granulation speed, using the high-speed rotating
mechanical stirring force and the resulting air power to continuously mix the
fine powder in the machine.

  2. No binder is required, using the characteristics of organic particles
that can grow together under a certain force, no binder is needed during
granulation.

  3. High granulation quality, the machine is especially suitable for
granulation of light fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of
fine powder materials, the higher the sphericity of the particles and the better
the granulation quality.

  4. The source of materials is wide, including livestock and poultry manure,
composting fertilizer, green manure, sea fertilizer, cake fertilizer, peat, soil
fertilizer, three wastes, and microorganisms.


Working Principle


  By utilizing high-speed rotation and mechanical stirring and the resulting
air power, fine powder materials are continuously mixed, granulated,
spheroidized, and compacted in the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of
granulation. The particle shape is spherical, with a sphericity of ≥0.7, a
particle size generally between 0.3-3 mm, and a granulation rate of ≥90%. The
particle diameter can be appropriately adjusted by the material moisture
content, mixing amount, and spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing
amount, the higher the speed, and the smaller the particles, and vice versa.
