The cow dung organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment that processes cow dung into organic fertilizer. Using a cow dung processing machine, the dung is first pumped from the manure pit into the equipment via a slurry pump. After dehydration, the equipment reduces the moisture content to approximately 40%. Alternatively, crops such as straw and rice bran (containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) can be used as fillers. A biological inoculant is then applied, mixing 1 kg of inoculant with 20 kg of water. This fermentation capacity can reach 1 ton of raw material. The dung is turned over every 1-2 days, and complete composting is generally achieved in 7-10 days.
