Requirements for fully hydraulic crawler compost turners before starting the machine
1. Before starting the machine, check whether there are people and obstacles around the equipment, and confirm that the electric control buttons are flexible and reliable.
2. The oil level and lubrication of each part are normal.
3. Start the main motor and check whether the rotation direction is opposite. If so, stop and adjust immediately.
4. Before starting the machine, check whether all bolts are loose or falling off.
5. The machine should be started without load. It is strictly forbidden to start with material to avoid damage.
6. It is strictly forbidden to carry wire and other entanglements in the material to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
7. If any abnormality is found during operation, the machine should be stopped for inspection and restarted after elimination.
8. Stop moving before stopping. It is strictly forbidden to stop with material.
9. Under normal circumstances, the machine should be stopped according to the procedure, unless an emergency occurs, use emergency stop
Pay attention to the hydraulic crawler film turning machine. Check the rotation direction of the empty machine (without load). The motor should rotate in the opposite direction as specified by the arrow on the sign, otherwise the machine may be damaged. If the direction is wrong, you can swap the positions of any two joints of the motor.
Maintenance of hydraulic crawler film turning machine:
1. Check whether there are loose bolts or open welding.
2. Check whether the reducer oil level and hydraulic box oil level have reached the standard position. Otherwise, add the corresponding lubricating oil or hydraulic oil. And clean and replace according to regulations.
3. The reducer must be lubricated before use. The lubricating oil brand is shown in the table. The oil level of the lubricating oil should be within the range indicated by the circular oil mark on the machine base. After the first oiling and running for 500 hours, the new oil should be replaced. After that, it should be replaced every six months (May and October). Clean it when changing the oil.
4. Grease the bearings once every two weeks, and the amount of grease is 1/3~1/2.
5. Dust the electric control cabinet every month to avoid control failure and damage to electrical components.
6. Clean the dust on the hydraulic valve and cooling fan.
7. Replace the remote control battery in time.
