Detailed introduction to the internal structure of the organic fertilizer drum granulator

　　The drum granulator produced by our company is an organic fertilizer granulation equipment in the whole set of organic fertilizer production line. It plays a granulation role in the organic fertilizer production line. The drum granulator has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, simple operation, low energy consumption, long life, uniform drying, and convenient maintenance. It is a more advanced granulation equipment in China. This product is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizers.

　　This series of drum granulators is driven by the main motor to drive the belt and pulley, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gears installed on the driving shaft are meshed with the large gear ring fixed on the body and work in opposite directions. The material is added from the feed end, and it is made into granules by the special structure inside the cylinder, and flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, large-scale production can be achieved. The whole machine can be divided into five parts:

　　1. Bracket part: The rotating part of the whole machine body is supported by the bracket, which is subject to greater force. Therefore, the roller frame of the machine is made of medium carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict quality control and special process requirements, which has achieved the purpose of the machine. In addition, the roller fixed on the frame is more important. Considering that it will produce greater friction with the rolling belt of the machine body, our factory specially selects anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, which greatly improves the service life of the machine, and the roller frame also adopts casting technology. In addition, there are hanging hooks at the four corners of the roller frame for easy loading and unloading.

　　2. Transmission part: The transmission part of the whole granulator is particularly important, and the work of the whole machine body is carried out from it. The transmission is made of channel steel and has passed strict quality requirements. The main motor and reducer installed on the transmission frame are all ISO national inspection-free products with reliable quality. The motor drives the pulley, V-belt, and reducer to transmit to the main shaft to make the machine body work. The transmission reducer and the working part of the main shaft use nylon pin connectors to bite and transmit the drive.

　　3. Big gear: fixed on the machine body, meshing with the transmission pinion, driving the machine body to work in opposite directions.

　　4. Roller belt: fixed on both sides of the machine body to support the entire machine body.

　　5. Machine body: made of medium carbon steel plates, with special rubber lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining built in, to achieve automatic removal, cancel the traditional scraper device, and pass strict quality control and special process requirements to achieve the purpose of this machine.

　　Installation and commissioning of drum granulator: After the new machine is installed, it should be checked according to the following requirements:

　　1. Check the insulation resistance of the motor winding to the ground. If it is damp during transportation, it must be dried before use.

　　2. Check the wiring of the motor.

　　3. Check that the connection screws of the machine and motor must be tightened.

　　4. Check the frame to see if it is installed stably and there must be no hanging.

　　5. Only when all the above items are OK can the machine be started for test run. First, run it without load for half an hour to observe whether the machine starts smoothly, runs evenly, and has no special noise. Only when everything is normal can it be put into production.
