It plays the role of mixing materials in the organic fertilizer production line. 　　1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

　　3. After installation, check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the main compartment door is tight. If there is any looseness, please tighten it.

　　4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the equipment.

　　5. After the inspection, conduct a no-load test run. If the test run is normal, production can be carried out.

　　Precautions before using the horizontal mixer

　　1. First, please check whether the mixer model, rated output, frequency, number of phases, voltage, mixing volume, etc. on the nameplate meet the required specifications.

　　2. Please confirm whether the product is damaged during transportation. In particular, pay attention to whether the appearance of the cable causes copper wire to be exposed and whether the screws and nuts are loose.

　　4. Please check whether the reducer is filled with lubricating oil and whether the V-belt is installed in place before use.

　　1. Please confirm whether the frequency and voltage you use are the same as the specifications recorded on the nameplate. Especially when the engine is powered, you must pay more attention to the changes in frequency and voltage.
