How to install the twin-shaft mixer in the organic fertilizer production line

　　The twin-shaft mixer is an organic fertilizer mixing equipment in the whole set of organic fertilizer production line made by our company. It plays the role of mixing materials in the organic fertilizer production line.

　　The mixing principle of the twin-shaft mixer: using the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical spiral shafts, the twin-shaft mixer is equipped with paddles rotating in opposite directions. The paddles are at a certain angle to stir the materials axially and radially in a circular manner, so that the materials are quickly mixed and evenly mixed. The motor drives the shaft to rotate through the belt transmission to the reducer. The speed of the shaft and the structure of the paddles will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the differences in particle size and specific gravity of each material are ignored during the mixing process. Even if the materials have differences in specific gravity and particle size, they can achieve a good mixing effect under the rapid and violent tumbling and throwing of the staggered mixing blades. This series of mixers is a new generation of mixing equipment developed by our company. The machine has a high mixing degree and a small amount of residue. It is suitable for mixing more than two fertilizers, additive premixes, and compound feeds, concentrated feeds, additive premixes, etc.

　　The twin-shaft mixer is mainly composed of a casing, a screw shaft assembly, a drive device, piping, a cover plate, a chain cover and other components. The installation and commissioning of the twin-shaft mixer:

　　1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

　　2. During installation, attention should be paid to the verticality of the main body and the horizontal.

　　3. After installation, check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the main compartment door is tight. If there is any looseness, please tighten it.

　　4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the equipment.

　　5. After the inspection, conduct a no-load test run. If the test run is normal, production can be carried out.

　　Precautions before using the twin-shaft mixer

　　1. First, please check whether the model, rated output, frequency, number of phases, voltage, mixing volume, etc. of the mixer on the nameplate meet the required specifications.

　　2. Please confirm whether the product is damaged during transportation. In particular, pay attention to whether the appearance of the cable causes copper wire exposure and whether the screws and nuts are loose.

　　3. Check if the type and number of accessories are missing.

　　4. Please check whether the reducer is filled with lubricating oil and whether the V-belt is installed in place before use.

　　Precautions before installing the twin-shaft mixer

　　1. Please confirm whether the frequency and voltage you use are the same as the specifications recorded on the nameplate. Especially when the engine is powered, you must pay more attention to the changes in frequency and voltage.

　　2. Please use the voltage within ±10% of the allowable value of the mixer's rated voltage change.

　　3. Please use the grounding wire correctly.

　　4. To prevent electric shock, a leakage circuit breaker must be installed.

　　5. Do not bury the mixer in sludge.
