　　1. The compost turning machine is in direct contact with the material during operation, and its corrosiveness is strong. Therefore, the dirt on the turner, especially the dirt on the chassis, should be cleaned in time. If the protective paint falls off, it should be re-brushed.

　　2. The tightness of the transmission chain should be checked frequently and adjusted in time. If the tension adjustment still does not meet the requirements, several sections of the chain can be removed to meet the requirements; if the transmission chain links are not rotating properly, they should be lubricated with butter or engine oil in time; the walking support bearings, the stirring shaft rotating support (integrated with the upper part) and the lifting support bearings on the chassis should be regularly filled with butter for lubrication.

　　3. Check whether there is oil in the reducer before use. Replace the new oil after the initial operation of 100 hours. Then replace the new oil every 1000 hours of operation, with an interval of one year.

　　4. After the hydraulic system has been running for 200 hours, all the hydraulic oil should be controlled, the impurities in the hydraulic system filter should be removed, and the filter element should be checked for replacement; whether to reuse after filtration should be determined according to the cleanliness of the discharged hydraulic oil. When discharging the hydraulic oil, the cylinder rod should be retracted into the cylinder barrel first; the hydraulic system should be cleaned every 800 hours of operation.
