A leading agricultural cooperative in the fertile plains of Mato Grosso state, Brazil, faced a significant challenge: annually generating over 5,000 tons of agricultural waste (including crop straw and livestock manure), which not only occupied valuable land but also posed environmental risks. In 2025, they partnered with our company to establish a 200,000-ton annual organic fertilizer production line, aiming to transform this waste into high-quality organic fertilizer and reduce their carbon footprint.
Our team conducted a three-month on-site investigation to analyze local climate conditions, raw material characteristics, and transportation logistics. Based on this research, we customized a complete production line, including a compost turner, horizontal mixer, granulator, dryer, and packaging machine. This line is designed to efficiently process livestock manure, achieving a granulation rate exceeding 92%, meeting the cooperative's needs for uniform, easy-to-spread fertilizer granules.
Since its commissioning in 2025, the line has been operating stably, producing 30 tons per day. The cooperative reports that this organic fertilizer, rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, has significantly improved soil fertility in its 2,000 hectares of soybean fields. The first planting season saw a 15% increase in crop yields, while fertilizer use decreased by 20%. "This investment not only solved our waste problem but also created a new source of income," said the cooperative manager. "The automation of the equipment reduced labor costs by 40%, and its energy-efficient design reduced electricity consumption by 18% compared to our previous traditional methods."
